Who is responsible

What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your actual password).
- Your bookings: which classes and private sessions you book, attendance, payment status, and anything you choose to tell us about what you’d like to focus on.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form.
- Your time zone: the time zone your browser reports when you sign up or book, so our emails can show session times in your own time as well as UK time.
- Cookies: only those needed to keep you logged in, protect forms, show messages and remember your chosen currency. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To provide the classes you book, manage your account, take payment, reply to your messages and let you know about changes to your bookings. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Emails
We send you emails about your account and bookings: a welcome, booking confirmations and cancellations, and a reminder the day before each session. They’re sent through our email provider, Resend, which processes your name and email address only to deliver them. We keep a short record of emails sent (address, subject, date) for 90 days to check they arrived. We don’t send marketing emails.
Payments
If you pay online, payment is handled by a payment provider on their own secure pages. We don’t see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Please get in touch first so we can help.
